    LR3.4 RC1 and the Olympus XZ-1
    I really wanted this software, and the day after I commented on PR.com the release candidate comes out!

    Roughly 1:1 crops.
    The amount of moire annoys me, but it's there in the conversion from Olympus Viewer2 so it's intrinsic in the shots. Just take less shots of distant bridges, and buildings with gridded decoration.
    More noise than I expected at 100 and 200 iso too, but LR is pretty good at removing that (I haven't removed noise in these).

    and a range of full frames, rather than pixel-peeping.

    "Defringe all Edges" is essential for specular highlights off the water, something that Olympus Viewer doesn't do. I wish they'd cooperated with Adobe and shipped the camera with Lightroom and the raw converter in the box.

    BTW in that last photo of the tree against the blue sky, if you can find the long-tailed **** that were chirping from up there, please let me know!
