Corel UK Competition - image manipulation

Obviously promoting the partner online photo magazine, it's a competition to transform an image that they provide for download.

ELIGIBILITY: THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IS NECESSARY.
DURATION OF CONTEST: The Contest is open continuously from 17:30h EST on January 23rd, 2009 to
17:30h EST on March 6th, 2009.
On or about March 20 , 2009 the winners will be chosen by the decision of the judges th of the promotion at Photo360
(I) One (1) overall grand prize winner, the entrant whose image is the best manipulation, will receive:
• an Olympus® E-30 DSLR Camera (approximate retail value £1200)
(ii) Ten (10) runners-up shall each receive:
• One (1) copy of Corel® Paint Shop Pro® Photo X2 (approximate retail value £47.50)

Since it's modifying the images they provide, they have to formally grant you the rights to copy and modify their image in the terms and conditions - and you give them the rights to your modified image.

UK only eh.. well, phooey! I'm a Corel guy also, but maybe they'll have a USA version one of these days.
