Lightroom 5 jpeg export for photo lab

I am having prints done by Bay Photo. I am wondering what settings I should use when exporting the photos. I will be using the Roes ordering system. The largest print will be 8x10. I will also be using some of their sports templates.

    Thanks in advance!!

What does the lab ask for?

Do they provide a color profile? That's the most important part of getting a good print, I think. If I were you, I'd do a test. I'd set up an image that's representative of the kind of work you do and see how it comes out. If you have a provided color profile, your monitor is profiled, and you use the profile right, color, density and contrast should be pretty straightforward. The thing I always worry most about is sharpening. Without trying it on a print, it's really hard to know how it's actually going to look. If you do a test, you'll get to try everything out in advance and get your mistakes out of the way ahead of time.

Adobe Lightroom has become probably the most commonly used software for post processing digital images. There are a lot of online and written resources offering tutorials and tips. I started with a Scott Kelby book on the LR version I first purchased, and found it to be a great way to get started in using the program. There are also a number of YouTube videos showing specific techniques that are handy at times. I'd suggest purchasing the program, picking a resource as your guide, and then jumping in with both feet!
