This and "Private Road" make me think of Camera Obscura, one of the inventions that led to photography.

It would be interesting to see the photographs these are based on.

I have trouble seeing them as "Photographs As Art" and am more comfortable with the notion they are art based on photographs.

How about also putting them on a painting forum web site, if you haven't already?

There aren't too many painting sites. I tried to find one.
