    trainspotting

not bad, but three little things give it away:
    1. not a single syringe anywhere
    2. no arm belt
    3. underwear is way too clean

Irakly, even with those items missing I found it disturbing initially.
But yes, she looks well made-up, and clean.
Something about the image just didn't seem "right" somehow.

Plenty disturbing but I agree with the points posted.
This type of thing might work better in b/w.

I disagree about the B&W, this shot doesn't have enough contrast.

Impact-full and sad. I'm with Paul on this, B&W wouldn't work, you can check it quickly with your computer by: click on start then shut down, give it a few seconds, the screen should begin to revert to B&W and you can see the impact, then just click cancel so you don't actually shut down the computer. It could be done in B&W. It's just a matter of handling the conversion correctly. Simply desaturating wouldn't work.

For me, this is just pretty cheesy. It looks like soft porn. It doesn't really show either the glamour or the true horror of drug addiction. It's mostly about a hot young girl in her underwear. Drug content is minimal to none. It has a shock-value title to get you to look at a girl in her panties. In my opinion, this is really weak and shallow.
