Re: project ideas
I got a few ideas. I don't know if it will work well or not. How about lens flare? Or shopping windows it seems like theres always something cool happening in shopping windows especially at night.

Re: project ideas
Good ideas LightBright.
Lens flare is an interesting one as most try to avoid it but I've seen some nice stuff using it purposfully.

Wheels seems good too.
I shoot them pretty regular, especially if they have hubcaps with reflections.
Thank you, Nicci.

Re: project ideas
How about simply "a day in your life".
A single shot taken that day. Would keep the images current (obviously) and may provide an opportunity to share some personal aspect of one's life. Or not.

Wow! Great Idea! I vote for this one - with two hands!
I think this topic/project would be very interesting, and Loupey's right.....it would provide the opportunity for us to get to know each other.....or meet for the first time.
It would also involve more photo ops for people - and opportunities to post every day!
:D  :D

Re: project ideas
Glad to get ALL the ideas. I thought I'd have a hard time coming up with subjects but thanks to all of you, I never run out.
And sometimes I use the suggestions and sometimes I get selfish and use my own.
I can't say I'll use them all but they are all good ones so thank you, everyone.

Re: project ideas
I'm not sure how many people have seen this, but it seems like it would be a fun and very challenging task.

Re: project ideas
Here's one that will stump for sure: What is NOT there. Not talking about floating glasses to make an invisible man. I mean something that is missing but is there because of association, whether real or imagined. I saw an image once of a friend's family. Every chair or seat was taken except for one. No one sat in it because it was the grandmother's chair, but she had passed away several years ago. And though she was NOT there, she was. That kind of thing would be interesting but tough.
