    November project OPEN

Post your creative shots in your favorite type of photography.

I am very sorry that this is so late.
I was under the understanding that PJ wanted to do the project forum for a while anyway, so I've been using my time to take care of stuff at home.

I'll send a featured photo to Valerie for October.

Thank you all for your continued participation!
    Keep Shooting!

I wasn't sure what was happening with this forum either. I've been laying low (under the bed ) until it gets a bit clearer.

    lol @ Cara Rose

I was getting withdrawals because I had no challenge to post to lol
Here's a new one from me. A composite of about 7 or 8 images. 2 of which I shot on the 5th November

A picture of my daughter from 2009, re-edited a couple of days ago.

And a picture, taken yesterday, of my daughter handing a Poppy to the Poppy Appeal Organiser, Mr Spencer Leader MBE.

    Axle,

All fine images. The first one is stunning. The composition, lighting - you captured the Basilica in all of it's glory.

The 3rd one is also beautiful. I enjoyed viewing this shot - her expression is priceless.

The 2nd one is also done well - quite different than the others.

Thank you, Frog. Your were correct. I did and do intend to take over here for a while. I am just having a hard time shoehorning it into my workload. So thanks for taking up the slack. I am grateful for your help and commitment.

So here I am. I am renewing my own commitment to the Project. What is the theme this month? Do we have one? It's not really clear to me. Do we still need to choose one?

    Ty, PJ.
I just made it an OPEN project so people can just choose their own.
I just wanted to get something up and had not thought in advance about what the project subject would be.
    Just hope people will post.

Fair enough! We can worry about a theme next month then. And this month we'll just post some of our favorites. I guess for me, that might include some bikes and skis. I apologize in advance

    Re: November project OPEN

I found this along the highway a few years ago. There is no sign up - or hints of who created it or why.

At any rate, I passed it again the other day and it is looking quite sad. Unfortunately I did not have my camera! I have to get back there and shoot it before it isn't there.

    Re: November project OPEN

This is not a typical shot for me. I have no idea why I took it or why I like it, so I figured it would be good for an "open" theme.

Axle, your first photo is one of the best I've ever seen. I love it and can't say enough about it. Boy, it really struck a cord with me and I can't quit looking at it!
