Taking this month's theme in the most literal sense, Ted Dalton's cash drug store in Slocomb AL is indeed "open", as is the steam valve in the abandoned powerplant in the second shot taken near Abbeville AL :D

I had some fun taking pictures of the light, with my P&S today. What a gorgeous November morning it was!

For me, my photo project for November, (...and probably some time to come), is a brand new little puppy dog -
Morkie Ms. Mira-bella, or MIRA for short.
This is a 'first' for me, and she is just too damb cute for words. Took my wife a little over two years of badgering, and fenaggling to totally convince me that we really needed a dog, but I'm sure glad I finally did give in !! :D

Took this a two years ago, but my most favorite macro that I've taken to date.
