The May Challenge - Postcard or Poster
    Hi all

As the Merry, Merry month of May is just about upon us, here is the official thread for the May Challenge.

As this is the first challenge, it isn't too difficult.

Imagine you have been commissioned by your local tourism office to produce a postcard or poster that will encourage visitors to your area. This is your chance to show your particular corner of the world in its best light.

Please note that this is very slightly different from the pre-announced challenge in that both postcards and posters are acceptable.

Include text on it if you wish - be creative - enter as many times as you want.

There are no winners or losers here.

    Cheers
    Mike

Me too, it's enough to keep one project in my head not two !
    Don't give up though Mike.
If these are open and not limited to a month, I'll have a go.

I actually had an image in mind. I've got a shot of Avalon bay on Catalina island that actually is the typical shot you'd see on the postcards. I never did get around to it, but I really do like the idea of these challenges.

Thanks guys - anything new takes a little time to become established. I am sure there are lots of things going on in the different areas of PR that would interest me, but of which I am unaware. This is why, this month, I posted an "advert" in Viewfinder.

Paul. I take your point. I may well make the times more open-ended.

    Cheers
