Not photoshop frames but using elements of your composition to frame your subject.

ooh I've got one! Didn't take it with this project in mind, but it fits. I took it not even 24 hours ago... (early morning sun, my back was too sore to get dressed but the sun on the irises was so beautiful so I went outside anyway ... )

    Nice start Opus!
Y'know what?... I thought, "Oh no, I don't have anything to show right away for this project!"
Until I saw yours lol. Thank you for reminding me that I had something sat in my archives.

And, I found a couple more! Wow I have more framed images than I realised!

It's amazing how many frames there are, everywhere you go!
    At the park...

    http://gallery.photographyreview.com..._2390_550c.jpg

a fun shot using our gate as a pair of wacky glasses...

A guest, and also the hairdresser for the brides and bridesmaids, finally able to get herself ready for our friends wedding.

and a different take on it...framed glasses and framed by her hood. This is one of my favourite portraits of her.

I will try to shoot something new too though.

Not shot specifically for this project, but the use of the trees to frame the waterfalls was intentional.

Alison, I love the purple hood shot! Liz, the green "head" is great. Mike, amazing how it's almost a natural duotone. Shootme, the selective color really works here!

Y'all are reminding me of more shots I have in my archives...

Framed between the tiers of the grandstand, and reflected in the windows of the (expensive) suites, a Toyota F1 car drives down the pit lane during pre-season testing at Barcelona.

Ah yes, cats, that's a common one ... I have an odd one too Liz.
I used that to just keep them contained while taking mugshots for identifying the litter.

There are some really creative interpretations of "framed" here - and it's only June 2nd!

The reflection is what I'm seeing as being framed.

    Love this topic!

I just figured out how to upload from Picassa where most of my images live!

The first one is not photoshopped - the door was in an old red brick building - with a bright red frame around the door.
