This was taken with an old AgfaScan flatbed scanner! Yep, just positioned the plant on the scanner bed. Looks pretty good considering. Still counts as a "photograph", right?

One more. Taken in Wyoming many years ago. Rather than fight with the wind, I tried to work with it. This was taken with an old format that you younger folks probably don't remember: "film." It was pieces of plastic smeared with chemicals. Back in the old days, that was the only choice. :-) Oh come on, just joking!!!

Here are a few oldies but goodies I had around. The one including the flag was shot in Maine. The leaves from out of a 3rd floor window (trying out a new lens). The tree was shot in Stockbridge (Berkshires). The flower was shot at home in the rain.

Thanks Almo, for the comments. I always liked that picture. It is a simple image. I shot it when most of the leaves were gone from the trees.

Loupey, I don't post alot of photos anymore, due to the camera club, and the local network resulting, just share mostly with those folks. I'm starting to get a little picky about what I show, and that is slowing it down too. Not to mention the difference in a print and a monitor.

Anyway, most of them were within the past couple of weeks, and a few about a year old (some of my first). The close-ups are the most recent.

I got really picky about what i would show about a year ago. I post very little of what I actually shoot. In fact I have posted more in the last 2 weeks than I have for almost 6 months.
