Caught this earlier this week. Hard to find hummingbirds perched and out in the open so just as I got the composition and shooting angle aligned with the background, she wouldn't look at me.

Two shots and she was off. An alternative to the delete bin

    Rip/extract audio from a DVD

With the help regarding VLC 1 0 3 I would want to extract audio from some sort of DVD (the DVD AND BLU-RAY has some nice music) and ultimately want to use them an audio CD I do not understand much about VLC and video files but after that I would say the computer knowledge is beneficial
    I think I needs succeeded in using Advertising (Menu) \ Convert/Save ¡*
in the new Eye-port that opens: Media (specifying the drive letter from the DVD drive) \ Convert/Save
in the new Screen that opens: Destination: specifying the name on the destination file using the respective file extension (either flac, mp4, or mp3) Settings: Audio, either flac, mp4 or mp3 (absolutely nothing else checked) Start
The DVD drive begin to work a little but stops after checking 2 or 3 positions on the the particular disk, VLC says ¡°streaming¡± on the lower left corner, no video shows up, the play bottom shows ¡°pause¡± (therefore the video should play), the right hand place shows 00: 00/00: 00 with no improvement The file that is generated is merely 158 KB but on playing will not contain any sound (apart from maybe silence)
What am I doing wrong, what is wrong? Thanx for your aid,
    HJStern
    Background information:
The DVD is within three languages, when I start actively playing the DVD, I am asked to choose one of several three, then a new menu appears, asking "Play", "Scene Selection",
WinXP, Home, SP3, all current updates
searched on internet and I got dvdaudioextractor net/]dvd audio ripper, and I want to know if there is some freeware could do that
To the board managment: I don't know if this is a general VLC or the Windows problem, you may move it because you wish
