    July 2012 project.......celebration
Well wallpaper didn't go over very big but thank you to those who contributed.
I'll try to bug PJ about posting a featured photo as they have been ignored for some time.

In the USA there are lots of celebraions in July and not just independance day and maybe some of our Canadian friends got some Canada shots.
In USA lots of little towns have annual events in July and probably many throughout the world.
Not sure what our photographers have south of the equator but I'm sure they have birthday parties, weddings, etc.
Show us some photos of celebrations!

    Love that shot, Leels.

No one else doing any celebrating?
Our town celebration is on the 21st and I usually get a few shots then.

Do you think you could get permission to post the featured photo? To be perfectly honest it's sorta disappointing to participate for a month and nobody is ever chosen. Hope I'm not sounding like a nag.

I find this board very fun and it makes me think about trying new things. Thank you!

Ah, it's Ron! :D I'll have to show this to my son who will be very impressed.

Here's a photo of my wife at a celebration for my mom's 70th birthday a couple of weeks ago.

And here's one from our town's big rodeo and general cowboy celebration called Cattleman's Days. It's been celebrated every year for 112 years now. This was from the parade down Main Street.
