January 2012 Project - B&W Photography

Thanks to Jimmy B we have a great project for January.....b&w photography. This includes all b&w photography - digital, film, post processing - whatever makes your b&w photograph!

I have to "learn" how to do better b&w images from a digital camera - but here are a few that I have done right out of camera....no pp.

Great topic for January Jimmy!

Street Photography in San Jose near the SOFA art district...on side street building wall...originally a pastel color shot.Converted to BW. A touch of flower power :) Friendly enough,I liked it. :)

These are all post processed. I love color and often take pictures because of the colors. It was a revelation to see which images worked as B&W and which ones didn't.
