Got out some tackle this afternoon for some photo opps.

In years past, I would have considered this in obsession instead of a hobby :)

    R/C Racing -

I race 1/8 scale offroad buggy, truggy, monster truck, and 1/10 scale nitro truck.

If you are racing, this hobby can cost thousands.

    1 Kit car - non assembled - basically suspension, and chassis - 600.00 +
    Engines - 350 - 700.00
    Electronics - 300.00 minimum
    Radio - 400-500.00
This does not include the fuel that costs 20.00 a GALLON, or the spare parts, the tire sets that are from 50 - 100 a set. Tools, batteries, chargers... basically one car would put you in the 5,000 range just to get started with everything, and that's taking it pretty seriously.

This pic was taken at a R/C Invitational race in Victoria , TX. Some serious racers show up anything from state winners, to national champions. Some people get paid to drive these things. People show up with race trailers, teams.. etc.. this particular event this picture was taken at was a 2 day race event.

Recent back surgery has ended my career. But I played for 35 years. The first time I ever played, I played with my father, we lost 24 balls in 18 holes. The last time I played was on fathers day with my two sons. So I took up photography.

My world can and regularly collapses (d) around me, and fishing stays the same. This is my rock. This keeps my mental health intact. It gives me a way out of reality. This means that time stands still so that you can really enjoy the landscape around you. A boat, a lake, a fish, nature itself does not judge you.
I just have no idea what I would do if there was no fishing. Lately I've become a huge amount of everything I need to do in this business. Now I can fish for weeks and only buy the best equipment I found on the website https://angelexpert.de/angelzubehoer/campingbett-test/ and I advise everyone to only buy there.
