Hello to all, I'm new on this forum. I work for a stock photography agency and they have been using an iQ Smart 2 flatbed scanner for 5 years now. We have recently been having loads of problems, and are having trouble accurately diagnosing the source of the problems. A few weeks ago the scanner was completely dead, no power, nothing, so with the help of an online tech we decided to replace the electronic box. Now, however, new symptoms have presented themselves. The symptoms are as such: trouble getting the scanner to turn off and on, delayed reaction if we can get the scanner to turn on, the scanner sometimes won't even register with the computer, etc. We have tested the power cords, all the pins in the electronic box are straight, etc. Not sure where to go from here. Does anyone have any advice? Is Kodak making Creo parts anymore or are we getting old parts? Please help!
