Flatbed Scanner? How would you clean?

So I have been trying to clean the glass on a flatbed scanner.
I have tried a few different things, Windex, an orange based cleaner and a drt cloth.
None of which have done all that well.
Anyone have some better suggestions?

Methyated Spirits on a lint free cloth.

Or

Isopropyl Alchol on a lint free cloth.

Same way I'd clean a lens.
Eclipse and pec-pads.
