Photoshop question (X-Post MTBR)

I took a sequence using my camera's features.

Now I want to use Photoshop to join the pics into one, how to I accomplish that? (cooking recipe style preferred)

I did a lame attempt in addition to the poor pics

I am wondering if this is the best quality you have of these images, though? Because these are very small and much, much too dark. It would be much better to start over again and shoot this sequence better.

The sequence turned out to be horrible, I'm finding that the camera doesn't work well in low light; its a Nikon Coolpix P4 btw.
