New photo web publishing software

Hi!
I needed a software to rotate, resize pictures and easily publish my photo galleries on the web, but I couldn't find anything simple and, of course, free.
So, as I am a sw developer, I decided to make something simple and easy.
After some work, I made a freeware, simple and quick software to view, edit and publish photo on the web which I currently use.
I want to share it with you so you can suggest me new features.
