    Having Digital images printed?
When I put digital images on my computer they import at about a 4x6 size, when I blow them up to a 8x11 size to print the quality is horrible. How do you enlarge these images to be printed for framing at a larger size without loosing the quality?

Sorry if this is a elementary question, but any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

When you enlarge an image on the computer, you are doing a digital enlargement which will almost always degrade the image - unless you start off with a very high quality image. The best bet for getting good enlargements is at the drug stores (I didn't note if you're in the USA) that have those DIY kiosks and they do the enlargements optically. The cost for doing that is very reasonable these days. In fact I almost never print images on my printer anymore. At the drugstore kiosks, you can also add borders to your image to dress it up nicely.

Okay, I see you're in Utah .. go to any CVS, Walgreens or Eckerds pharmacy.
