Faded picture-Retouch with photoshop7.0?

I have some pictures that were faded by the sun and was wondering how I could recolor them with Adobe photoshop 7.0.

As you probably already expected... the colors are gone and Photoshop can't return them. If you want to color it again by hand, then you have to add a new empty layer, set this layer's blending mode to color and use the paintbrush to recolor the image. Sadly that's the only solution there is.

Trust me pixelgrubben, no color correction is going to improve this image to an acceptable level. ;)
