    Elements HELP Please!
I have been using Photoshop for the last several years, but recently had a computer crash and lost my copy. In a cost saving measure I purchased Elements. My question is how do I resize??? I can not for the life of me figure out how to resize to post here on PR. Please help an Old Timer that is stumbling in the dark.

I would really appreciate it. I know I must be overlooking something very simple. I never had any problems changing to pixel dimensions in CS, but can't seem to find that option in Elements.

OT... After you open and edit your image, you can go to Image on the tool bar. It is next to Edit (File, Edit, Image, Enhance, ect). Then go to Resize. Then go to Image size. You can change the size of the image and the resolution ect. You can save for e-mail, web ect.

    Image → Resize→ Image Size.

This is for Elements 5.0, but I am sure it is like that for 6.0 as well.

Good luck, let me know who it works....

    Hope this helps. Th

When you 'save' the pic it will give you a window that asks for what quality you want it resized. I save mine at about 8 or 9 which seems to be fine for posting.

    OT...

    Sorry ....

I did not realize what you meant. Under image size it gives me a choice of pixel dimensions or document size. I resize it with that, then when you save it, it will ask you for quality and I use 9 or 10 and let it tell me what size it will be when saved. Then I adjust to the highest quality that will be ok for this site. This is how I have been doing it.

Let me know if this works....
