Showing proofs - need software

I currently run a Mac on OS-X Leopard. I am looking for software that will allow me to show several photos in a row very quickly. I would like the Mac equivalent of Breeze Browser Pro and the Mac software ProSelect. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

Are you looking for Slide Show software, low cost/free, and what features besides what is in ProSelect are you seeking?

If you need a specialized type of assets management there are various products that if you want cross platform similarity in controls Adobe Lightroom probably comes as close to being able to quickly set up and use to make a slide show as any. It of course facilitates production of PDF (portable document file) slide shows.

There is Quick Look and Aperture that I've seen work quite well depending upon cost and features for Leopard-X software.
