    " A Winters View "

One more on a winters' view here in Vermont, then I will try to get more with the seasons here... little tired of Winter myself, seeing how they last about 8 months out of the year here..

NEM - I like the shot in general but it seems too crowded on the right side, the branches coming up to the edge of the frame like that. I think I'd crop in around the structure, vehicle, and fence, which are excellent stuff. Turn it into a horizontal format too, for as nice as the big tree is, it is just too plain in comparison to the other three.

8 months of winter ?? Jez.. Move to southern Cali, I say we have no winter here along the coast. But then you will never get good snow shots like this :yesnod:

I'm a little surprised that this hasn't received more comments, but I really like this shot as-is. I like how the fence leads to the building as well as the position of the building itself and the carriage. I also like how you have the tree behind the building filling the frame. Very nicely done.

Welcome to the forum, you are off with a bang. Very nice work posted from you here, but this one touches me as I like winter scenes alot. Having taken a series of scenes from winter in upstate New York I can appreciate what you have achieved here. Very good exposure, composition. I like the warm rustic tones of the barn/shed standing out against the white surroundings. Very nice work

I like the look of this.....a splash of color in an otherwise white world. Bravo!
