    Barn at Seneca Lake

I have been barn hunting these past few days. Here is one I found near Seneca Lake.
    What do you think?
    Thanks.

Excellent work, Gary. I really like the colors of the barn; it stands out nicely against the sky and surrounding grass/shrubs.

    Good one, Gary.
I do think it should be less centered and more to the left and more landscape showing on the right. Unless, of course, its something ugly.

    Barn hunting; I like that.
The timbers, in parts, have an almost "glowing embers" look to them which is really lovely and I enjoy seeing the light from the other side just squeezing through the gaps in the slats.
But there is a lot to look at in the immediate environment especially the mowed grass on the avenue around, leaving lovely tufts of bush and greenery around the barn and also in the foreground. We also have sight of the hedgerows, corn field (I think), the lake and the land beyond. I really cannot find a fault here Gary.

    Re: Barn at Seneca Lake

Thank you all for the comments. Yep, Frog, there was an asphalt road on the right which I did include in another shot. However, I did try a slight crop from the top and the left bringing the barn over a bit more and I rather like it.

I agree on it being too centered....but I really like the "Feel" of the shot. It transports me, which is a good thing. Nice job.
