I took the shot the other day, Very poor light, but for
some reason I like it, Your thoughts?

Hi Barry,
You've got a good start here. Your depth of field seems appropriate and the bokeh of your background is nice. You've done a good job at communicating what you want to show us now you need to show us that exclusively without the large green field and intruding background branch. Your composition is very centered, cropping in won't really fix it IMO. although others may have better opinions on this. I try to do most of my cropping in the viewfinder. Look carefully at all of the elements in the frame and ask yourself what should stay and what should go.

I think you like it because the flower of center of interest stands out from a background that is out of focus, the flower looks sharp and the colors of the photo look good? What's not to like? Errr...may be the composition as CLKunst suggested? If you don't mind, you can crop it and clone/blur out whatever elements you find left in the crop.
