What I like: The way the trees frame the cathedral, the contrast between very old and modern and teh way that you did not blow out the skiy in the shot.
What I don't like: The flags in the foreground, although adding to the modern/old contrast, distract my eye form the cathedral, the picnic table looks out of sorts, and there's a slight tilt to the left.

I've spent some time looking at this and the foreground is far to busy. I like the way the cathedral is framed by the trees but the brickwork and everything else just draws the attention away from the cathedral.
I don't know if you could keep the trees and loose the foreground by moving to the right and using the other two trees on the right of the picture?
Perhaps a polariser would have brought out that sky a lot better.
