Hmm. Sort of cluttered up in the treeline. I like black and white in general, but strangely enough, this is probably one of the times where B&W doesn't work so well, for color can help the viewer differentiate between different leaves, branches and the background: as is, it looks pretty jumbled.
Still, I think the top half of the photo works. A little more foreground (ground, that is) would be good too (but watch the tilt).

I agree with GB. The bottom half of the picture just blends together and is hard to distinguish. The branches against the sky are fairly striking though.
