Its an interesting shot. I am not really familiar with the "technique" use in it though so I can't comment. I dont really know what to look at, but I notice the shoes most. And how I would break my ankle wearing them.
Newbie to DSLRs, loving my Canon T1i-a recent upgrade from my first camera love-PowerShot A640
Yeah I knew there was no real center of interest (subject), but I kinda like the chaos. Not sure if it's too much (probably..). She actually did ok walking in them btw, guess she has a little practice (lol... she was a bit of a rebel that is).
Here's the full size minus a little trimming. The technique is a masking off of her and the signs and a darkening and motion blur of everything else. I shot this at ~ high noon and the light was too much, so really there's not much of a choice as to whether to manipulate or not.
