Not sure why this hasn't been commented on. Maybe no one could find any faults.

I love the b/w treatment. Contrast works really well. Undecided about the shadow on the face, but I think it adds a touch of drama and mischief. Which is cool.

I'd love to have seen another version of this wherein she's looking to her right instead. But this one is still pretty damn good.

Well, I have mixed feelings on this one Phil. It's striking in some ways. But I'm not sure of the super contrast, or the way the branches are behind her head there. Her walk seems tantalizing, and I like the pose overall. Not sure about her expression .. seems like she's trying to act like she doesn't know a photographer's there, but not doing a super job at it.

thanks, man. I've been interested in doing a lot of b/w lately.... and shooting outside too.
I was using a strobe camera left...had it low just enough to get a soft shadow on here face.

thanks for the comment. This was a lifestyle/editorial shoot... so it was meant to appear candid. The b/w treatment was base on old vintage film style...hi contrast and rich.

You may want to give silver efex pro a shot as I've had some great luck with getting that vintage film style look. This one looks a bit too clean in my opinion, and may benefit from a bit more grain if that's the goal.
    mostly Nikon gear

To me, it's much more editorial fashion than vintage in feel.

I like this shot a lot. Great B/W shot for sure.

I'd like to see her looking at the camera, but if it's candid I suppose it's fine. I'd then like to see her in a different pose maybe.

Basically it's an excellent shot though. I like it a lot.

Aside from the beautiful girl, the contrasting hue is very good. Did you edit the image? It is wonderfully made, if ever.
