I love these shots, I think its the colors, my monitor may be making them a little soft though. Maybe more of a crop on the left? As usual, do you have more? :lol:

Thanks, Lori. I was torn on the cropping..I thought about a tight crop, but wanted to give the balloons somewhere to go. I suppose since they were drifting along, a tight crop wouldn't be that bad though. I've added both my on-line photo sites to my signature if you would like to see more.

I guess it's just the way they are floating in the breezes, but all the balloons are tilting to the left. the composition is good, the colors nice but a bit muted...maybe a slight bump in contrast would bring out the colors more...unless this was as you planned it, of course. :-)

Spot on, Charles.......they were floating that way, and if I'd straightened them, the clouds would have been tilted . I suppose in this case a point of reference would have been nice, so everyone could see that indeed, the breezes were carrying them along in this fashion. I was afraid a bump in contrast would blow out the clouds, so I muted this on purpose. I had put in just enough contrast to keep the clouds from doing that. I could work it a bit more, perhaps. Thanks for the input.
