Ooh you do give yourself difficult subjects!

The flowing water looks over-exposed and the tunnel lacks a little detail.
The background through the tunnel is just about right.
I wonder if a graduated filter upside down (darker at the bottom) would have helped?

The water is overexposed, as Paul stated. Water falls work better on cloudy days. Or try early in the morning or late in the evening when the lighting is better. The overall composition looks ok to me.
