    Hey Frannymac,
    I like this. You have a nice sharp image,not too saturated, lighting is nice. I like the shadows and detail on and in between the petals. I think this is a very nice image. My only thought for improvement is in the upper right corner of the frame.That light blurred background. I would just like to see that blackened out. Nice! . . .

    Thanks Gary,

    I wasn't really sure if it worked and whether the flowers cut the frame in half too much. I do like the sharpness though and as I only had natural light through a window, was fairly happy with the result. I have printed this onto canvas and stretched it over a frame for a friend. I see what you mean about the upper right hand corner. Does it distract to a point where the image just does not work?

    Not to a point where it is not working. Looks fine as is, I'm just thinking since the background between the rest of the subjects are black it would help it just a notch to black out the other area. Here is just an example, I might have blacked it a bit too much
