Train
Shutter speed too long???

Re: Train
I think so, yes. As you've taken it, it looks like a dark band which has to be guessed as a train. Just out of curiosity, what speed did you shoot it at? The rest of it (colour etc) is good though.
Cheers

Re: Train
The problem is the blowing out red lights. That's a tough exposure to nail.

Re: Train
This BS, I typed a hole paragraph and my computer shut it's self of on it's own! Here I go again!
My wife and I went out for an Ice Cream, I want to try a few night shots of the Big Basket with the 510 to see how it preformed. I had the camera set on "A" and at like F.8 at like one second. ISO was 400. The gates were dropping as I passed under them so I turned around in the first driveway and set up my tripod. I fire 3 shots and this was the best of the three.
I agree with the train being a blur too bad and the blown out red. I was cussing when I was done. It was a short train.

Re: Train
I like the perspective and the rest of the scene, but yes the shutter was open too long. Definetly get over there again and re shoot it. this looks like a good image waiting for you.
