A Girl and her Horse.

My daughter had just finished riding , It was a tough shot because I could not use a flash because it scared the horse. I really could have used it to get the fill on the side of her face.

Very cute shot splats. It's a bit soft but I still like the composition here. Your daughters smile is very sweet as well. I wish I could see the horse's other eye as well. It also might have worked better outdoors with nature behind them rather than those belts that aren't really adding anything to this shot.

Unfortunatly it got soft because I couldn't use a flash, adnas for the Leather straps , those are bridles and Other parts of sadles , tough not to have them in a Barn. as for both eyes of the horse I ahd not thought about that, and your right.

splats,,,this is one of those photos that take pride of place in the family album....You handled the contrast quite well and exposure is good...It is a little soft especially the horse...Lack of depth of field is the culprit here....A little lighting of the face would have also helped...I bet mum loves it!!!!
