I find the sky to be too bright, over exposed, and distracting from the rest of the image. shooting directly at the sun is usually not a good idea. this shot would have been perfect if taken in the other half of the day when the sun was in the opposite side and the sky is blue.

I think the sun is necessary or you would not have the beautiful color on the cliffs. Distracting...maybe but once I saw the whole shot it wasn't so important.
I would crop down until there is no blue sky left.

Very good. I love it. I don't mind the blown out sun.

Excellent. I don't mind the sky at all. I did try some scroll-cropping and I'm not sure I would change anything.

    Very interesting composition.
But I do find the photo abit too tall, so would it be better to crop out the blue part of the sky?
I also find the sun alittle bit too glaring,
the sun flare is nice, it works for this image and composition, but thought it would be better still if you can "mute" it alittle bit, or make it slightly less exposed....just a little bit will do.

Very nice, Maybe the canyon looks a bit too bright (I would imagine it a bit darker at this time of day), but the picture is great anyway.

I like it (I'm always to lazy to get up early to catch the sunrise out there). Also, those canyon walls get shadowy and loose the great colors later in the day.

I think you should have caught the sun just at the horizon when it was less intense and a wider landscape crop. A wider lens will make the sun smaller in the frame. As is it looks like you missed it about ten minutes.
