    Too Much sky??
I am having a hard time with this shot. I want it to show the way the sun lined up behind this cloud. This is one of the few times I wish I would have had color film in my F100. 28-85 mm lens F11 @ 1\60th, this is the first shot of a series of three bracket shots.

    No...
I think the sky IS the subject, yes? I would maybe cropit just above your copyright to get the horizon further away from the middle of the image. The line leads your eye to the sky, but might be battling for attention a bit. Cropping a little off the bottom might help. My .02c.
    Cool shot by the way!

    Very Dramatic
This is a very dramatic image. I agree that the image may very well benefit from a bottom crop that would accomplish two things. First move the horizon farther down in the frame giving the image a less 50/50 demension. Second this would keep the forground from competing with the dramatic sky. If possible I would also suggest that the image would be improved slightly if you would have moved more to your left and allowed the walk to exit the photograph at the intersection of the horizonal and vertical axis of the frame. On a less dramatic sky day the walkway itself might even be a good subject for an image. Very well done. Thanks for posting.
