Thought I'd share these and ask for your opinions

I took these at a nature museum in North Carolina. I was wondering how everyone thinks I did. I'm still working with my macro screw on lenses. Thanks

Well shooting through glass is never easy, so I think you didn't do too bad. I also think that the trick to any kind of animal photography is to make sure their eye's are clear and tack sharp... everything else is almost secondary. The second snake image is the best out of all of these.

Once again, you would get better advice by posting these in the Nature and Wildlife section.

Scroll down the main forum page about halfway... it's between Digital Video and Photo Business and Law. Be sure to ask for advice or help if that's what you are looking for, and you will get it There are a few people who are really good at taking macro's in that forum, I hardly ever see them use this one (besides payn817, and once in awhile Loupey).

I'd like more dof on the snake.

Not bad at all. You got some good up close shots here. I think the DOF could be deeper for several of them but considering the situation you can't be blamed. Colors are powerful.
