    Textured vulgarity (warning)

I am highly ambivalent about that one. I am put off by the "text" on the door yet I like how it came out in every others aspects.

    So, yes or no???

    Yes, Seb, yes.
    The colors make the shot.

Seb, I was beginning to think there was no vulgarity written on the walls in Canada. what a breath of fresh air. . .I have no problem with the writing on the walls. It is what it is and even if you wrote it. . .who cares. This is good. The colors against the old textures are good. The horizontal beam is getting a bit too close to the center of the frame, but it is not quite and so its ok. I would have liked the focus on the handle /latch and have the graffiti slightly out of focus in the bg, but this still works. Good addition

Agree with Gary - the colors are great but the horizontal bar is too close to splitting the photo in half. Very clean shot overall. Too bad the writting wasn't better

I think the centered effect works well given the subject. It's a "raw and rough" door, so the graffiti works well with it. It certainly gives meaning to the term "colorful language" eh? I particularly like how the arrow joins the two halves together, from the F***you, to the B****. LOL.

I see what you mean about the graffiti 'putting you off' in terms of the other industrial type pieces you have shown, but it fits with the graffiti concept. I would concur that the color and shape does make this work. Just perhaps differently than originally imagined.

At first I though there were two photos -- it wasn't clear to me that it was the top and bottom of a door. Also, I didn't find the message as as to read as I would have liked. It's interesting in a colorful abstract sort of way and there is more there the more you look.
