    Gorgeous light, and you caught the color of the eye wonderfully. Losing the top of his head and the other ear hurts the shot though.

    Title connection? Homing in on prey?

    I TOTALLY agree with that. What is difficult for me shooting cats in general is getting ANY shots that have the eye. I have a couple more of tiberius that are more successful in that sense, but this was the most intimate and dramatic.

    I like this shot quite a bit. Generally speaking, pet shots don't do much for me, but as this shot was loading the eye grabbed me. Then, to see the subject fill the frame was kinda thrilling (sounds weird, I know).
    The only thing I can suggest is to lose the collar and/or tag, to make it look more "wild".
    But, great capture of the eye.

    Nice photos

    on the last one, I do not think the cat pupils can get any smaller !


    the last phot has better framing and I think better focus, not as shallow as the first one
    excellent exposure on both
