    surplus statuary

Can't quite figure out what if anything to do with this one. I was walking around Budapest and came across an assemblage of surplus statuary behind a museum. This is the best shot of the lot but all suffer from distracting background. Taken at f5.3, could have done something with a faster lens of course. I experimented with different crops but lost too much of the statuary composition in my view. Do you think it's worth getting trying something a bit more heavy-handed in Photoshop to deal with the background? Other suggestions?
