    A Sunset
    Here is the first thread.. which was more about taking out the red spot. http://forums.photographyreview.com/...ad.php?t=38178 The photo is cropped to take out the tops of a lamp post, building and smaller tree in that thread.

    Here is the photo again, cropped and the red spot taken out. Nothing else.

    I really liked that tree a lot, but no matter where I went or what angle I took the photo at, I still got a little bit of other stuff in the photo that I didn't want. (I was also going blind hehe)

    How is the crop now? Would you do anything else to it?

    Probably not. I might darken it a bit and enhance the color.

    Your crop simplifies the image into just a few nice elements so it works very well.

    To me it needs a broader range of tones (or less range) in the sky and I wish there was a little bit more tree to the left.
