This is quite an unusual shot in terms of composition but I really like it, the positioning of the tree in that wall is almost surreal. The only problem I can see is the sky disappearing to white in the top left, and the dark areas being perhaps a bit too dark. The contrasty image seems a little at odds with the subject matter.
It really reminds me of a shot I took recently, I hope you don't mind me posting it in your thread. I had the same problem with the sky all but disappearing in this one, but I also wasn't happy with the composition so I ended up giving it up as a bad job. I think yours has far more interest - it was a good tree though!
Interesting shot. The composition is a little iffy for me though. I might recommend cropping off the bottom until you reached the first brick wall, it looks a little better. I love the tree on the white sky, very effective, and a nice use of the rule of thirds.
