    Subtle texture - another flower

    I was trying to replicate the shot from my previous thread "Get Well Soon" and couldn't ...
    before I gave up saw this ... and shot it



    just window light, it was starting to get dark
    150mm F/9 1/2 sec iso 100

    All I can say is that I like it.
    The soft focus bg flowers are pretty much spot on.
    Maybe sharper focus on the top of stem/bottom of flower but then you'd probably lose some of the softness of the bg.

    I have a feeling if I look at the levels of the photo, everything will be bunched up on the left side

    I would grab that right triangle and pull it to the left until you hit the bulge.

    Sometimes, I hate doing colour correction for a living.lol. All I can think of are levels (i.e. Histogram)

    Aside from that, Purple and green are a great contrasting colour combo. They work together great and this shows it. (or almost does ;) )
