    Strange and beautiful bug



    Does anyone know what this is? I think it's a kind of moth.

    It looks kind of like a stonefly or caddis fly, with the wings swept back, but I've never seen one with those colors. Was it taken near a stream? Caddis and stoneflys live in streams as aquatic nymphs before hatching to adults (i.e. trout food....)

    It's a moth. You can tell by the scales on the wings. Somebody in another forum looked it up on google.
