I like it. Tried to get something similar yesterday without luck.
I'm not sure about the focal point which seems to be the truck and might work better if it were the cat but in this case its here or there as I think both would work.

Staying in today but always have the camera handy. I do also like the cat focul point too.

hey dbl,

i prefer the 2nd shot here. love the cats profile. also she's not looking out to the scene as was in the original. i think both work actually. Dof wise, the 2nd wins and hence why i prefer it. I just went back to read frog's critique and I agree. The dof was the thing that didn't work in the first, and the 2nd one corrects that beautifully. well done

You have confirmed my belief that both focal points would work.
