Funny shot. It has personality. I like how you set the dimensions, it really shows that he's a kid. My only wish was that he was sharper, for it seems a bit soft around his head and eyes. Nice overall though.

I agree with the softness around his head, his hands look pretty good though. Perhaps that's where your focus landed.

If this were mine, I'd bump up the contrast, and give it a slight vignette. Other than that, I like it.
