    Leels,

I keep looking at this trying to work out what I'm supposed to be looking at.

Is it the traffic, the hoardings, or the people coming across the bridge?

Sorry - but this doesn't work for me.

    No worries Roger.

I'm not sure what attracted me to this shot, but it's one of my favourites from my last outing. As far as focus goes, the eyes are supposed to wonder about this shot. Mine do.

I appreciate the feed back man.

    Liban,
What catches my eye is the symetry of the streetlights along the sidewalk. In terms of aesthetics, I don't know where this one falls, or what category you'd place it in. It is an interesting look at a city street though. I think this would fit well in the TRAVEL assignment for this month.

Under the catagory of "stock" images this could be a great one. It shows everday life happening right in front of us. I'm not fond of the two cars in the fore-front of the image. Two boring American cars don't do anything for me. If they were exotic or something.
Just my two cents. Good job!

Neat shot unto itself. It sort of depicts a "Main Street" so to speak. The only thing I don't like is the location of that foreground light pole. If it wasn't there then it would really open up the image for a viewer to enter (sort of blocks entry as is). But still an interesting photo.

    Leels,

I kinda like it but I think that it is too busy. I think that John brought up a very interesting point with all the streetlights/poles. The place most likely worth a reshot from a different angle to focus on the poles. I miss Toronto when I am seeing this...

Liban, I guess I was wrong. SmartWombat said something about a 'travel' thread, but it looks like there isn't one. My bad.

I do like this photo, I would have liked to have seen more contrast in the clouds though! it was a cloudy day, but the clouds could have played more of a roll in your photo.
