Slow Motion because they are stuck, or slow going because the snow is blowing? Either way it makes me hurt to just look at it. So, it works from that angle.
From a photographic perspecitve: take the red stake out. I think the real shot is to crop a third the way down the crest of the snow line and leave out the car- the snow, the trees....that's the shot.
Don, love the title! I would prefer it without the car as well. There is plenty of snow motion happening without it that's for sure. Eerie and cold looking. Brr!!!

I see what you are saying and it is not a bad idea but I think croping that way would remove the human element.
I'm thinking this is good as is and really shows how nasty winter can be (save it till the heat of a nasty summer day and we look back on it fondly).
I'm for keeping the car. You need the human element in the photo to make this work.
Brings back memories of -30C in Tremblant Canada Skiing into the wind which was strong enough to stop you on the flats.
