I love night cityscapes, this one looks pretty good. I think I would have maybe taken it a little earlier in the evening hopefully leaving some sunset color in the sky. I also would have lit the foreground with flash or eliminated it altogether.

What objects look good as the foreground to a night cityscape? Good eye seeing there was something there, but it's nothing more than some grass and a low wall :)

I guess I was really saying I wouldn't have included the foreground elements in the photo. A statue, sculpture, etc. would make a good foreground subject in a photo like this.

Nice scene, but yes, too much foreground of empty space. Might have been more effective to have placed the skyline at the bottom and the sky atop. On another note, I think you tried to include too much of the scape and zooming in on a specific portion of the scape might have worked better. To capture all of the scape, it would be best to shoot and stitch it as a panorama. But, this is still nice. Keep em coming

Agreed gahspidy, Maybe if you tried to start the frame at the tallest building on the right and go to the tallest building to the left, before they all start to blend. Cityscapes are still nice, especially when you never see one!
